The Approach

Recruiting at the highest academic level is its own discipline.

Three phases. Each one with concrete deliverables, an honest standard, and judgment families cannot Google.

01

Assess

An honest read — before anyone else gives one.

We start with a clear-eyed evaluation of your son's athletic profile, academic standing, and realistic target tiers. I use the same band system Ivy and NESCAC admissions offices use, so you understand exactly how your son will be read by a coach and an admissions committee — not a generic recruiting-service grade.

02

Position

A strategy built around the real calendar.

We build a 4 / 4 / 4 list — reach, target, and likely — and design an outreach timeline tied to the actual recruiting calendar coaches work to. Camp choices, junior-day priorities, unofficials, and the cadence of coach communication all sit inside a plan, not on a calendar of guesses.

03

Execute

Every step, with someone who has done it before.

Outreach emails. Follow-up sequences. Visit choreography. Pre-reads. Offer conversations. The recruiting process compresses fast at the end, and a single misread email can cost a year. I stay in the work with families through commitment — not just the launch.

If this is the kind of process you've been looking for —
let's talk.
